Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Please note - all estimate delivery times are only estimates.  While we endeavor to get items delivered with the estimated delivery times there can be potential delays from time to time, for example:

  • High volume orders
  • Courier delivery delays outside of our control (e.g. delayed flights, outlying areas, floods, disaster, accidents, customs, etc.)

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout, alternatively available shipping options will be displayed.

Deliveries will only take place from Monday to Friday during business hours (no deliveries on weekends and/or public holidays)

In-store pickup

In-store pickup is currently only available at our main warehouse:

You can arrange collection at this address, however, do not collect before you have received a confirmation mail advising that your order is ready for collection.  Please make sure to use the order reference when collecting, or bring a copy of the order confirmation mail along - this will ensure that you have a smooth experience.

You can either collect in person or send your courier of choice to collect on your behalf. 

International Shipping

We do not currently offer international shipping.  However, if you have a special request, send an email to shop@letmerepair.co.za and we will do our best to accommodate your request.   

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. LetMeRepair is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 4 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at shop@letmerepair.co.za with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We accept returns up to 7 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. 

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at shop@letmerepair.co.za with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
